Experience: 1+ Years of relevant industry experience
Skills: Online bidding, Technical Proposal writing, Revenue generation
Eligibility: Any IT/ Computer Science Graduate preferably B-Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA
Salary: 2-3LPA Fixed + Attractive incentives (NO LIMIT)
Good understanding of Mobile and Web technologies
Responsibilities:
- Ability to write technical proposals.
- Ability to lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure)
- Ability to connect & interact with clients via voice or video call/ conferencing
- Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business
- Qualify prospects by mapping the customer’s pain point to our services
- Build the relationship with the prospect and focus on value-selling
- Identify opportunities by researching targeted companies and contacts
Required Skill Sets:
- Sales with IT services company in the offshore model
- Tech-savvy should be aware of various technologies (PHP, Python, MERN, Mobile, Cloud computing, SaaS models)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in website and mobile app development
- Experience in managing web development clients and should be aware of web development and outsourcing risks and challenges
- Must understand offshore development and its advantages
- Must have prior experience in closing and managing projects
- Proven track record of client growth and retention
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team
