  • Installing via uploaded ZIP file: To install this plugin directly from the admin area then log in to your WP admin area and follow the below easy steps.
    1. Go to Plugins > Add New.
    2. Click on the “Upload Plugin”.

  • Installing manually at the server: To install this plugin you just need to put the plugin files into the wp-content/plugins directory. Once a plugin is installed, you may activate it from the Plugins menu in your WP Admin Panel.

Step 3: Configure plugin settings to use this plugin

  • Go to WordPress admin dashboard.
  • Browse through “WooCommerce > Settings” page.
  • Click on Order On Mobile For WooCommerce (tab).
  • Enter and select the necessary information and options respectively.

We have updated this plugin with a few hooks described below.

  • This plugin uses IPINFO API to record the country of users who clicked on the buttons. This adds to the WOOW Analytics. The plugin comes with a test API key which has a usage limit. If you like to use your own API key, simply signup with https://ipinfo.io and get your FREE or PAID token, and use this hook to override the test token.
    add_filter('woow_ipinfo_token','<CALLBACK>'); For example usage: return ‘your-token’;
  •  The plugin stores the country info in the session variable to optimize the API call and prevent over usage. The session refreshes every 30 minutes and this hook is to override the keep-alive time in minutes after which the country info session should refresh.
    add_filter('woow_ipinfo_alive','<CALLBACK>'); For example usage: return 60; // For sixty minutes.
  •  The plugin also provides a facility to override the ipinfo integration completely with any other ip check API you want to use.
    add_filter('woow_override_ipinfo','<CALLBACK>');For example usage: write a callback function for this filter hook.
  •  The plugin captures only unique clicks in analytics using a combination of product_id, user_ip, user_agent and date. To disable unique clicks and capture all clicks just add the below line of code to your active theme’s functions.php file.

  • The plugin also offers you to filter the final WhatsApp message before sending from checkout page.

Twilio Settings: Please note this plugin does not necessarily require Twilio API to function. It is just setting up autoresponder and order status tracking features it requires Twilio WhatsApp API. 

  • To get your Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth Token login to your Twilio dashboard.
  • Create a project selecting the applicable option to your requirement.
  • On the project dashboard itself you will get Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth Token. You can also find the details on https://www.twilio.com/console/project/settings page.
  • Copy them into the respective plugin settings field.
  • Click Save Settings.
