If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page in this site.
Support
Support for purchased extensions is given up to 6 months after the purchase date. After 6 months, technical support is chargeable @$20 per hour (minimum).
Free technical support does not include third-party plugin conflict resolution.
Customization requests
We reserve the sole right to include any free/ paid customizations/ features upgrade in our next scheduled version release.
