All you need to do is simply send us an email at support@intolap.com mentioning your order id, within 7 days from the date of purchase*. That’s all! no fine prints here. Refunds in full will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Besides, we’d love to know where things went wrong and how we can improve. Any feedback will be appreciated. If you face any difficulty in using our plugin or add-ons, just file a support ticket and our support team will take care of the rest.

*PS: GST charges are non-refundable (Applicable for Indian clients only).
